I heard the larger precincts with huge lines are counting slower, plus had to wait to start to get everyone through the registration line.
Ran out of registration materials and ballots in some places.
I've heard that after that STUPID mailer, a lot of people were POed at Ted and decided to go with Rubio. Is this true? I don't know.
