Yes. In this case, when Trump says “Kelly Maygun” he is referring to Roger Ailes directly. DT indicated that the press release from FNC was likely okayed by Ailes and that set him off because it was a deliberate taunt.
A few hours later, Trump said he would talk with Murdock and only Murdock about fixing the situation. Even when DT said Kelly should be removed as moderator, I believe he was looking straight at Ailes as head honcho of FNC needing to be removed.
I sure hope this kind of info makes a news cycle.

I personally choose to watch the debate because I’m not so cowardly as to deliberately go out of my way as to avoid being an informed voter.
