Ummm.
Roe v. Wade was done under the Supreme Court in 1973.
What was Ronnie supposed to do to stop that?
He was elected in 1980 as Commander in Chief.

If I had the power to wipe out reality 7 years before I was elected, I would feel like Marlin the Magnificent too.
As you will recall, Jimmuh had a full on plantation of Dumbocrats that Ronnie inherited at that time.

Antonin Scalia is a pretty smart dude.

hey what legislation has Cruz wrote to help Goldman Sachs...please tell me

Meanwhile in realville, Trump has said on obama-

“I really like him” -

“working very hard”-

“trying to rebuild our reputation throughout the world”

“I do agree with what they’re doing with the banks”

“a wonderful personality”

“somebody that people trust”

“I think that he’s really doing a nice job in terms of representation of this country”

“I think he’s doing a really good job”

“Whether they fund them or nationalize them, it doesn’t matter, but you have to keep the banks going”

“Oh, yes, he’s a champion. I mean, he won against all odds”

huh? Would you mind repeating that (or rewriting it) more coherently. I think you are upset at Rush because you think he is carrying Trump's water. He praised Sarah, which you (not sure where you stand with that). You are annoyed because Trump has been lying about someone you don't name and Rush has only mentioned a brief thing about it, so brief, if I blinked I would have missed it. And last, not everyone is as conservative as they think. I tried, I read it twice. You seem sincere.

Here is my take and Rush is always misunderstood. Rush often does not take sides and he shouldn't. That is part of his brilliance. He knows his audience is all over the place, so why annoy them. You mistake an observation as an endorsement of sorts? Why? He is explaining why Trump is popular through Palin's speech. It's very simple and nothing complicated about it. He did not say he is advocating Trump. He is merely observing and some folks get really confused by his observing vs. endorsing. If you listened carefully to his program today, he explained very clearly and at length that he is not pro-Trump and neither is he anti-Trump. He is merely commenting on what is occurring on the campaign trail.

Rush is one of the few commentators who actually thinks his audience has a certain amount of brain cells. He does not need to advocate anyone. That is not his job. His job is to comment on what happens and he did that most brilliantly.

Rush has been asked by callers who he thinks is the most conservative candidate. The answer is Cruz and he didn't waste a second in answering. He did criticize Trump for how he attacked Cruz, but he didn't criticize Trump for attacking Cruz. Again, that is not his job. If Rush sat in front of the golden EIB microphone and droned on about how Trump attacked Cruz and it isn't fair, his show would be a goner. That is how many other hosts conduct their show and it is boring, predictable and I learn nothing.

Rush will comment on whether the attack was effective and perhaps, why it was done, but will not be so common as to suggest if Trump should have done so. That is for his listeners to decide.

We will never know who Rush will vote for in the Florida primary, but my guess is that it will be either Cruz or Trump, but we will never know for certain, just how it should be.

that was my feeling about Rush today... he rambled all over the place as if he was a teen ager who hadn’t studied his speech and got up in front of the class adlibbing. He was embarrassing today and I turned him OFF!

Conservatism is about small govt, fiscal responsibility & support of the Constitution. Anything else is not Conservativism and not good.

Right On!!! Oh, how many of our favorite TEA Party conservatives did NOT stab us in the back as soon as they got a taste of the DC water? Including Ted Cruz, with his 500% increase in H1B visas, essentially a soft genocide of the entire American tech industry?

I’m betting that Sarah didn’t make this move without getting all her ducks in order. She vetted Trump herself and she’s satisfied. She would not otherwise put her reputation, and those who believe in her on the line merely for opportunism. That opportunity should come her way, however, if she - and Trump - are successful, is a given.

Better read up on George Will today as he floated that if no conservative is nominee, a 3rd party bid will be made.

I think he is right on that one....

when Obama said he’s pro-marriage (anti gay marriage), lots of leftist know he was lying and forgave him and vote for him knowing he was lying just to get votes. Its the same with Trump. Trump is lying about supporting ethanol imho

I listened to it, and it appeared newly written to me. I’m guessing she made her mind up in the last week. If she had rehearsed it, it was only once or twice. That’s why her delivery was better when she grabbed a point from the paper and just went with it. There were a few items she wanted to say precisely it seemed. Those she went to the script for. So, it was well-delivered new material. I’d give her an A for the most part. Some brief sections I’d give a B. Overall A-

you lie about Cruz.

Fact Cruz wants to halt the H1b visa program and investigate companies that abuse it.

Fact Trump has advocated for touch back amnesty. Cruz opposes that.

Fact, Trump spent years helping to elect the politicians who support Amnesty.

Too bad Trump didn’t spend decades helping to elect politicians who advocate building a wall, enforcing the immigration laws and punishing sanctuary states
