Any picture provided will be that of a smiling three-year-old, so that the BLM types can rage about how evil white people cannot accurately estimate the age of a black “child”! /sarcasm

I don’t actually have one, I just grabbed the photo for purpose of illustration.
That being said, it looks like it’s a cover over a spur-less hammer. It seems that you can still manipulate the hammer but have a reduced chance of it getting fouled by stuff in your pocket.
My wife carries one like that in her purse, very light and no snagging a hammer.
If there is no pic you know what it is.
If it is a white or looks like white there will be pictures on every news site in the world.
