After the debate ended, the cameras remained on Trump as the voices of pundits began analyzing and picking winners. As other candidates chatted with one another, Trump wandered around the stage until his family joined him. His super-model wife was at his side, but it was his oldest daughter, Ivanka, now visibly pregnant, whom he engaged for his first extensive post-debate conversation. Cellphones came out as the family grouped together for rounds of photos, with Trump often flashing a double thumbs-up.
The photos were then inspected, compared and sometimes retaken — that subtle routine well-known to families of all sorts across the country.
Overall, Trump did really well; however, it was a shaky start. Cruz did have him a little flustered on the birther question, you could hear it in his voice and in how he responded. He had to force himself to keep his composure, but once that was done he recovered quickly and performed very well in later questions. He played the NY comments extremely well, Cruz walked himself into that. Trump was at his best with the tariff question, he gave everyone a good schlonging.
Bill Mitchell says on twitter that Trump set himself up on a “classic redemption curve”.
He set the narratives, he owns the keys, now he adds the polish.
How did trump answer the tariff question? What was it?
I can’t believe how many don’t realize tariffs are a negotiations tool to use against currency manipulation and trade imbalance. They are not necessarily the desired end result.

While I will gladly vote for Trump for president, please consider the following.
Regardless that the media is putting presidential candidates in the limelight, patriots need to bear in mind that Congress is the most constitutionally powerful branch of the federal government.
More specifically, regardless that the corrupt media evidently wants voters to believe that the president can act unilaterally from Congress, Congress is actually letting lawless Obama get away with stealing legislative branch powers to make unconstitutional executive orders so that corrupt lawmakers can keep their voting records clean to fool low-information voters into reelecting them.
The bottom line is that patriots are going to need to also elect a new, state sovereignty-respecting Congress that will work within its constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited powers to support the new president.
Note that such a Congress will probably be willing to fire state sovereignty-ignoring activist justices.
He was asked about imposing a 45% tariff on China. I don’t recall his exact words but he explained how it all works rather well. Put Neil Cavuto in his place. Almost every candidate jumped on and agreed to his comments.
Up to now Trump “won” by doing no harm. About the only one that hasn’t said Trump won hand’s down last night, is George Will.

Lovely family, he is so proud of them.
What many people still are failing to understand isn’t that Trump is becoming more polished..or seasoned or any of those things. There are specific aura’s he presents depending on the phase of the campaign. By the time it gets down to him and the Dem nominee we’re going to see him change his demeanor and style to suit the situation. It’s going to be interesting!
