Really? Give us the Supreme Court opinion that settled it. If none then it is not settled.
That's like saying the issue of only White People can be POTUS, or, only those who own land can be POTUS is not settled.
It's a non-point designed only to try and hurt Cruz by an under-handed Trump.

I think Trump is inoculating Cruz on this issue. He’s bringing up the “birther” issue to show he (Trump) is consistent - he did it on Obama.
It also makes it ‘old news’ if the Democrats try to bring it up later.
it’s a smart play on Trump/Cruz’s part and likely they worked it out beforehand.

Oh yeah, Trump and Cruz really do like each other and they will be the ticket -— if Cruz would just get that adjudication thing. The feud is media BS, don’t fall for it.
