If you’re referring to the Libyan MANPAD SAMs bounties were being for I have no idea what happened to them. I suspect their electronics would be promptly destroyed thereby rendering them useless (screwdriver + hammer + 2 min.s). They almost certainly did not go to Syria otherwise more than one coalition aircraft and plenty of Russian aircraft would have been shot down.
