Jimmy Carter looked like King Solomon compared to what we’ve got now.

Just watched the speech, His best yet.
He answered Nikki Haley’s saying he is angry.
Yes, he said, I am angry our country is losing, and people without jobs are suffering.
He is right we all are angry Obama gets what he wants from
Mc Turdle, and Von Ryan the engineer on the Cheap Labor Express.
To: Steely Tom
I agree and Carter was bad.

He says so many of the right things, but then again, he has said so many of the wrong things, and changed his stances over the past decade, that he leaves many question marks. I’ll vote for him if Cruz is not on the ballot, but please do not make the mistake of believing that he wants everything that we want. There is NOTHING to indicate this reliably. He is a pig in a poke... one who is very popular, media-savvy, unafraid of a media fight, and most likely great for the economy... which is a solid start... but on diplomacy, limited-government principles, religious freedom, social conservatism, and the precedent of electing celebrities, he is very possibly problematic.

A theologian might put it: we can do better at embracing the grace of God to advantage, than this mispurposed cock-up we have now.

He came to offer a different dynamic, a negotiation dynamic. Folks who sit in a corner and complain rather than even trying to negotiate, are as much responsible for the result as Trump is.
Trump is offering an unusual model, and people are responding.

I support the two of them and will be happy to vote in the general for which ever one is on it.

I watched the speech as well. I was invited to go see it live, but I didn’t want to have to deal with it being an all day event and so many people and such. I’m getting to old for that.
Anyway, I watched a live stream of it, and it was great! The man knows how to connect with an audience. He delivers a lively appearance.
One thing is for sure, Donald Trump does not frickin’ like Bergdahl AT ALL!
I thought he closed his event in wonderful fashion too. He wound me up pretty good with that close.
Eye of the Tiger, Donald!

I have no uncertainty that Trump love America and wants to make it great again, I also trust him not to be owned by big money donors. I feel like Cruz has already stabbed us in the back as a Senator for many of his votes, but especially for his TPA and corker bill votes. Plus Cruz's campaign is being funded by GOPe groups like the CFG and Goldman Sachs. For these reasons and more, I don't think we should give Cruz another opportunity to sell us out. That is why I will be voting for Trump, even if I have to write his name in.

Obama = 10x worse than Carter
Trump’s statement though is genius - We need a dynamic leader now to raise us out of the Obama-Age quagmire. Trump is that leader.
