Ms. Shah didn't say that rocks don't kill minors, just that there was no proof that a minor throwing a rock had ever killed an infant, maybe because the throwing hadn't been arrested on the spot, so there was no way of knowing if he was a minor or not. If you arrest minors for throwing rocks, then it will be known who thre what rock and if it had killed an infant, and then where will we all be? Better to not arrest minors, and then nobody will know, and everything will be fine for everyone, except the hypothetical infant. As for Adelle Biton, she died after being comatose for two years. Obviously, the rock that had put her into the coma didn't kill her. She died of laziness. *
