It is as stated, “we need to accept that the crime rate is higher among young immigrants.” Even in English it could be, “we need to accept the statistics as being correct,” but also “we need to accept that young immigrants commit more crimes.” Ambiguous as a typical politician.

I first heard the term “water cannon” in 1960 when East German Vopos were unleashing them on freedom demonstrators in East Berlin.

According to the article, somewhat, as bottles and fireworks were thrown. But there were also counter-demonstrators present, so I wouldn't be surprised if they were throwing things.

Make sure that the raping and pillaging of the German populace done by new arrivals is not disturbed.

Put down any citizen victim protests of the carnage, so the invaders feel welcomed in their new country.
