Honestly, when someone responds by saying that they know their guy is corrupt but the other guy is more corrupt... well, I just let that slide - notwithstanding that your accusations are either old, over-stated or musings of a private citizen versus Cruz who has always campaigned as one who had already been canonized.
Not like I have a choice.
Looks like a mixed bag for a private citizen running a business. The no deportation of all non criminals is not true... and well, some of the other stuff like “hints at” - gimme a break.
You need to get off that ruse. He stated in the debate that for excellent students from our top schools we should find a way for them to stay. You are implying that the students were here illegally.
I don’t plan to leave but I understand your feelings. Stick in there, I think there is more Trump support than Cruz support here anyways, and most will support either Trump or Cruz.
The Cruz supporters are just jealous of the overwhelming support Trump has, and a few of them are vile. Jim has said he would pull the lever for either one of them.
Corker bill: turns on Constitution and lowers treaty vote to simple majority giving corporations new business in Iran - this also knifes Israel in the back.
To paraphrase John Keats: Truth is not Cruz and Cruz is not truth - this is all you know of Cruz and all you need to know.
Whatever, I am done with you...I thought you posted a lot good stuff here but won’t believe anything you post now. Happy?
Matt Slick is CARM and Matt Slick is not respected.

See, again, the infallible logic of actually having a vote and fighting to stop the deal, by any means necessary, is completely lost on folks who either cannot understand the process or simply refuse to believe it.
No Corker = no vote in Congress. Deal is signed by Obama in (illegal) executive action
Corker= requires both Senate and House to vote to STOP the bill (the opposite of the usual vote for affirmation). However, includes language requiring full text of the bill to be made available and requires a House vote instead of the usual Senate only vote. House Freedom Caucus was already working against the the Iran deal from the moment Corker was signed into law. Obama thought he’d pulled one over on the Congress and the American people, but what he did was give Congress the bully pulpit back and the ability to bring the issue before the people.
And you include the "good parts" aside of Trump. Gimme a break.
The full text would have been available to the Senate and needed 2/3 vote to pass. I never would have passed. The Corker bill was a big wet kiss to Obama and the corporations that wanted to do business with Iran. That is it and nothing else.
I've actually named it many times on these forums. I just don't do it when someone is raving at me. I know that by ignoring it, they'll get progressively more upset.

GPH is of the Nicolaitan Iniquity cult.
Their sacrament is the Get-out-of-hell-free card.
I think mine is a valid interpretation of that phrase. An alternate meaning which excludes mine I find unexceptable.

>> “The Corker bill gave Obama a pass, get it.” <<
No Mr $hit faced liar, it did not.
The requirements of the Corker amendment have not been met, thus the “deal” is null and void, and acting under it is a felonious act.
Obama would have signed it WITHOUT CONGRESS. What part of that is so hard for you to understand? Did you WANT it to be signed without Congressional approval?
Do you really think that this Congress would manage to impeach, much less convict, Obama, for signing an illegal treaty?
So again, do you think the Iran deal was a good idea? Mark Levin hates the Corker bill, but even he acknowledges that it made the best of an untenable situation.
If you are holding Cruz’s feet to the fire over Corker, how can you be ok with Trump, who said he would “keep the good parts”? There are NO good parts to that travesty.
GPH speaks as an unbeliever looking for cover.
He denies all that Yeshua demanded of his disciples, including declaring him before men, which is what it is about Cruz that irritates GPH.
To all the Cruz supporters at FR, I am first a Trump supporter but I don’t support anything the poster who started this thread has said about Cruz in this thread. Don’t compare Trump FReepers with this Puny guy. He hasn’t made a case against Cruz with this religious spin and outright lies, he has shown himself for what he is... I will leave it to each of to decide what he has shown himself to be.
I and as far as I have seen almost all Trump FReepers will vote Cruz if he wins the nomination. You might want to remember that when replying to Trump supporters here at FR.
Guy’s like Puny are why we end up with GOPee candidates and lose elections to Democrats.
I hope FReepers who are the most conservative people in the country will work harder to not tear ourselves apart at the seams and work to see either Trump or Cruz win the nomination and then the Presidency.
Go Trump...Go Cruz 2016!
No it would not have been.

But, as The New York Times’ David Sanger first reported in October, Obama has already decided to bypass Congress on his Iranian arms deal entirely.
But doesn’t Article II, Section 2, Clause 2 of the United States Constitution read, “The President ... shall have Power, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, to make Treaties, provided two thirds of the Senators present concur.”
How can Obama sign a nuclear arms deal with Iran without submitting that agreement to the Senate?
The same way that Obama has rewritten federal immigration and education law without Congress: by expanding executive power.
Obama will claim that his deal with Iran is not a treaty but a “sole executive agreement” that requires no approval from Congress. Sole executive agreements have been used by presidents since the early 1800s, but the exact scope of this power has long been in question.
