So, in the end, Rick and Huck betray their true purpose-- hitmen for the Establishment.

I'd add Ben Carson and Carly Fiorina to that list. As non-politicians, they can pose as "outsiders" even though policy-wise they're 100% in sync with the establishment - perfect as fake opposition within the GOP. And unlike Rick and Huckster, they manage to get more than 1% in the polls.

huckabee is upset that bob vander platts, huck’s campaign manager 7 years ago, endorsed cruz over him. huck feels that as a personel slap. he is going scorched earth on cruz. after iowa, huckabee will return to fox news to educate us on christian forgiveness and honesty.
