Let me go out on a limb here. The Senate will also vote to defund it. Bipartisan support. BUT, SHOCK!!! ubama will veto it and it will not get 2/3rds support to over-ride.
Shocking! But Congresscritters can scurry home and tell voters they voted to defund.
Had they had orbs and a spine, they could have done it in the omnibus wasteful spendthrift bill.

Paul Ryan had the deer in the headlight expression when he debated the mentally challenged Joe Biden. That is all you really need to know about the man. Don’t expect great accomplishments from him.
Ryan presents another load and claims it doesn't stink. Won't work; we're wise to the GOPe tricks.
So the House GOP will send a stand-alone bill that Obama can veto with zero consequences rather than attaching it to the omnibus spending bill, which would have had real consequences.
