“Trump the businessman is different from the candidate for President & rightly so”

That’s the rationale?? Does Trump have core beliefs or not??

I’m beginning to smell another case of Perot style mass insanity here.

What a ^%$ shame. Cruz is the best candidate I’ve seen since RWR.

“...Sundance at ConservativeTreehouse.com where he is analyzing this race more accurately than anyone I know of....”

It’s interesting that you place your faith in a site that frequently promotes the GOPe line. There are some born every minute as the old saying goes.

So I'm a sucker, you say? Perhaps. No one likes to be one. And yes, I have been a big fat lollipop
for believing in the GOPe since the end of Reagan's 2nd term: Dole, Bushes, McCain, Romney,
Rove, Fox, etal. It has been Sundance's regular postings on this race that have showed me just what
a sucker I have been played for. Aside from his antipathy for Cruz (which I don't yet share) and his
enthusiasm for Trump (which I do), do you have any specifics as to Treehouse pushing the GOPe
line? I have only read them since August.

Hey Catrus! Just wanted to let you know that Rush has defended Trump for day’s. I was mad for a while too, but Rush came around. Now Levin trashes Rush without using his name but everyone knows who he is talking about. If you can listen to Rush’s show 1/27/2016, He actually bashed Fox and stood up for Trump! Mark jumped ship on Trump when the son of Marks fiance was hired by Cruz in a cushy D.C staffer job for Cruz. He was busted and had to admit it on his show recently! He lost all credibility with those of us that were listeners. All that time thinking we would never know. He’s a sellout! He also never mentioned he writes for National Review, (google it). He wants another junior senator/lawyer to get elected, that’s never employed anyone..and business as usual in Washington. Cruz takes the special interest money and will be another puppet.

Cruz is no puppet. When did he ever fail to keep his deeply conservative campaign promises?

I’d rather have a puppet controlled by someone wealthy and conservative then put a wealthy New York liberal in charge of things.

There are lots of wealthy businessmen we can elect. How about Michael Bloomberg, Bill Gates, George Soros, Mark Zuckerberg? Why do you think someone’s status as a businessman means more than what their actual values and policies are?

What happens in the government is mostly defined by policy, not defined by “how well” the government is run. If someone ran the government perfectly, it would still be doing horrible things to all of us and trampling on our rights through IRS taxes, NSA spying, EPA regulations, education mandates, etc. We don’t need a government to be run well, we need it to be dismantled and shut down so it no longer has power over us. That’s why we elect true conservatives.
