Of course they - and all candidates - are “trying to dominate Iowa” - it’s called an election campaign, in which candidates try to dominate! That’s how they determine the winner, in the end.
Either the Iowa pollsters, or the state, is engaging in the height of fickleness, or just like to stay in the headlines with their “flavor of the week” modus operandi...I don’t know which.
Or the one I just read right here on FR: "Trump is trying to send all Muslims out of the country."
