‘That did not happen in N.J. that day and it hasn’t happened since.’
So who are we going to believe? Christie or our own lying eyes :)
Trump has the goods and is waiting to pull as many deniers in as possible.
Laurel and Hardy
That’s a real winning issue you’ve embraced there, Christie. /s
No, the specificity of this debate is that the media, like McCain, want to push the meme that 95% of Muslims are harmless and we’re just making this crap up.
The media has a two-prong concern, 1) to provide cover for radical Islamic terrorists and 2) to serve their GOP & Dem masters by providing cover for radical Islamic terrorism.
Ok, let’s say Trump exaggerated the number, that’s not hard to do from impressions. And it’s a hell of a long way from these weasels who scream day and night it didn’t happen. They’ve made this huge freakin deal out of it so that every single interview, every question is about this.
It’s media driven because they want our free speech. Yes, I said free speech. They’ll keep broadcasting this crap 24/7 until someone finally gets hurt then blame Trump.
And we will be forbidden from making such inflammatory statements in the future. Even though no one thought a thing about it at the time it was mentioned except the media, even though everyone in the U.S. would never even know about it if not for the media.
why not a Kristy Kreme for Christie Cream?
We've already got a liar as president. Don't need another. Dough Boy!
Not going to happen. It will continue on the internet.
Disturbing.
Very disturbing.
The argument is not about the number but about whether it happened at all. If the mainstream media conceded that a few hundred muslims celebrated but not “thousands”, I would accept that as a typical Trump exaggeration and Trump might have a little egg on his face. But instead, they are denying it happened at all when we all know it did and this is going to end up being a major PR victory for Trump. Again.
okay
One of the best books written.
Never thought I’d be living it.
Man, that guy can’t see his pecker without a mirror on the floor. Even then I have my doubts.
Christie was popular in NJ, as shown by his two election wins as Governor, with issues that are important to people who live in NJ. One has to take into consideration the Governors we’ve had in the past and he was a huge step up from them. We have a solid democrat state legislature. He’s done some good here, way more good than the last few Governors but, he’s lost a lot of support after counting on the Federal Government post Sandy. He’s totally owned by the GOP Establishment now and it shows in his lack of support from the people who elected him. He fought the Teachers’ Union and won for a while but our last State election has shown that they’re back to winning.
That’s not true. The Democrats here hate him.
Is she a teacher? All the teachers and their families hate him.
I liked him, and voted for him, until recently.
Yes she is a recently retired teacher.
