The Right, given to us by God, to protect one's life with the force necessary, including deadly, should be the first item on one's thankful list. This Right, was reinforced by Jesus when, before he went to the Cross, He asked His Disciples, Does each man have a sword, if not , let him sell his cloak and buy one. Or words to that effect.
If the Citizens surrender their God given right to self defense to the Government, they deserve the slaughter that will soon befall them.

Yeah, let’s talk about “gun control”, and about allowing guns to get into the hands of Mexican drug cartels.

"Certainly one of the chief guarantees of freedom under any government, no matter how popular and respected, is the right of citizens to keep and bear arms. This is not to say that firearms should not be very carefully used, and that definite safety rules of precaution should not be taught and enforced. But the right of citizens to bear arms is just one more guarantee against arbitrary government, one more safeguard against tyranny which now appears remote in America, but which historically has proved to be always possible"Senator Hubert H. Humphrey (D) Minn.

I hope we’ll be thanking God for blessing us so abundantly even though we don’t deserve it. Progressive ideas don’t rate a millisecond of our Thanksgiving Day.

I promise to have this conversation. Each of my kids is going to have to endure me: The twins Smith and Wesson, old Winchester and his little brother Remington. I may even drag the cousins Springfield and Colt over, let them be a part.
Yeah, ‘cause that’s how I roll.

State legislators should be encouraged to add the firing squad as an option means of legal execution, as it avoids many of the loopholes and pitfalls of other means.
This being said, the citizenry are executing an extraordinary number of violent criminals with no need to go through the elaborate and expensive, decades long ballet of the courts and appeals process. And this is the real meaning of “gun control”, that the guns are controlled by the public in their direct interest, as is their right.

Because: 1. The Democrat Party and the Republican Party’s goals are the same. 2. The Republicans are in agreement with what he is doing. 3. The morals and ethics of the Nation have sunk so low they can’t be seen, let alone adhered to. 4. Even from the low they have sank, they are sinking lower daily. 5. We [the people] have been betrayed by those we chose to lead us. That is only the most obvious.

Nor will I. And those that comply deserve the slaughter that will ensue from such a deed. I have no illusions about my fate if worse comes to worse before I die a natural death.

A neighbor wants to buy a gun so we are going to the range wed. He will rent some and he can borrow my GLOCK. Narrowing down what he wants to buy.

Cute ... pity it’s not shopped back into the original ad with some modified language to reflect this year’s conversational gambit.
