Keep dreaming. Cruz will never be # 1. He doesn’t have the personality for it. It will be Trump/Cruz 2016.

I’d say Carson didn’t, but I think Cruz does. I think Cruz’s ground game, endorsements and religious bonafides will ultimately have him prevail in Iowa and serve him well in the SEC primary. He did it in Texas, he’ll do it nationally. That momentum will be very hard to best once he starts racking up delegates.
