What’s “his” chromosome count. He’s a male ... he just “wishes” he was a woman ... big difference ... sort of like “hope and change” isn’t it?

An American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) lawyer representing a biologically male transgender student in Illinois says that his client should be allowed to shower in the girls' locker room because "as a matter of science," he is "a girl through and through."

If anyone is thinking of becoming a lawyer, this is a good test. You have to be able to make the above statement with a straight face, in public, and stake your reputation on it. Then, and only then, do you know for sure that you can be a lawyer. Law school, and especially knowledge of the law, is entirely optional.

“As a matter of science...” ya’say?

Seems your scientific method may need a bit of tweaking. There’s that dangle, and those chromosomes; and, likely at some point, facial hair.
That facial hear thing might be closest to female this dude will get, if my aunt Jenny is any indication...

...biologically male...

..."as a matter of science," he is a girl through and through

And to think, all my life I've thought Biology was a Science!

If a leftist declares something, no matter how outrageously false, it must be considered as truth. Global warming, males are females, the world does not need oil for anything, the United States Constitution declares women have a right to an abortion at any time - all true because they say so.

Some people just need the tar beat out of them.

because "as a matter of science," he is a girl through and through

Same sciencetology they use to justify global warming.

It’s cute when lawyers try to be scientists.

Biologically, Transgendered females possess only the XX chromosome, making them biologically male through and through.

How many morons in your average court of law know this?

Not many, I suppose.

Thank you for referencing that article xzins. Please bear in mind that the following critique is directed at the article and not at you.

”The student filed a complaint with the U.S. Department of Educations Office of Civil Rights (OCR), . . .”

FR: Never Accept the Premise of Your Opponents Argument

If public schools were teaching students about the federal governments constitutionally limited powers like they should be, the misguided student and his likewise misguided legal advisor would know that the feds are actually powerless to help the student for the following reasons.

Not only have the states never delegated to the feds, expressly via the Constitution, the specific powers to regulate any aspect of INTRAstate public schooling, but the only sex-related issue that the the states have ever amended the Constitution to expressly protect, thus giving the feds the power to enforce, is voting rights as evidenced by the 19th Amendment.

In other words, regardless of FDR-era perversions of the Commerce Clause that the corrupt feds use as excuses to justify interfering with intrastate issues, the feds actually have no constitutionally enumerated authority to deal with sex-related issues outside the scope of voting rights imo.

The reason that the corrupt feds regularly stick their big noses into 10th Amendment-protected state issues is this imo. The corrupt, post-17th Amendment ratification Senate no longer does its job to protect the states as the Founding States had established the Senate to do. Instead, state sovereignty-ignoring senators now wrongly help the corrupt House to pass unconstitutonal bills steal 10th Amendment-protected state powers.

The ill-conceived 17th Amendment needs to disappear, and corrupt senators who hurt their states by helping to pass unconstitutional laws along with it.

I guess the science is now settled - that is the liberal phrase, isn't it? Back when I was young though, they taught me silly things like this:

As a "Matter of Science", back then, we thought that biologically male was so much a question of chromosomes only that you didn't need to look at anything else, such as the mood on a particular day, to be sure. Back then, an XY was a boy through and through.

So what’s the model here... whatever is establishing this thing is considered to be able to violate the biological conventions in the direction of making the expression atypical... but it isn’t considered to be susceptible to any kind of influence that would guide the expression to be typical again.

Sounds a lot like the devil, or the Hotel California. You can’t leave (or so they say to you).

And folks who supposedly know the power of God today seem mainly to have one or two responses. To rail at how wicked the person is, or to excuse him/her. Maybe a third option is to band-aid the manifestation in an uneasy detente. Conquest of sin by righteousness hardly ever seems to be on the menu.

I don’t know if these people are more crazy, or more evil.

So, when a baby is born now, are doctors still allowed to inform the parents if it’s a boy or a girl? How will they know?
