Maybe they’ll subpoena the ballistics report from the ATF.
Never mind, the Grand Jury is held in secret.
He may well be a gangster, but the burden is on the state to prove it, his name on a membership roll is not proof of a crime. As things stand right now, he is a pleasant seemng fellow.
Looks like a fishing expedition to me.

Can we also get a list of all the meetings between the Waco police and the ATF and FBI and a roster of all present at each along with the agendas and any and all recorded, written, or otherwise noted along with all the emails and other messages between the aforementioned? I thought not.
They must have stooped getting paychecks.

If one were to file a Freedom of Information Act Request, then supposedly that type of information would be available.

Of course motorcycle clubs are not terrorists. Some individuals might be involved in criminal activities; but they are not terrorists. The Feds are just harassing and trying to criminalize whitey clubs. Of course, the motorcycle clubs are not all whites, but most are.
This is one strange law enforcement action.
I believe this Waco incident was meant to denigrate and intimidate the last public vision of white masculinity. Bikers are viewed as tough and independent. They have a rebel reputation that must be destroyed lest the rest of white America try to emulate them when the time for action comes.
