Aging refiners?? Why is it that this happens it seems every year at this time?Has little to do with age...
This period of time, early fall is the best time to schedule maintenance and turnarounds to make repairs, add systems, and to switch to other products for the winter..
It is what it is....as they say..and generally does not result in a major increase in price, but it can affect supply and that affects the price.
