You should be a fact checker, or proofreader, or whatever they’re called.

Undemocratic Tactics and Bigoted Arguments Have Stifled Iran Nuclear Deal Debate...and the incredible stupidity of congressional Republicans who let themselves somehow get maneuvered into the position of requiring two-thirds vote to defeat, rather than pass the deal, which they should have insisted was a treaty because it is - and then instead of resorting to the nuclear option which 'rats have already used for the rather trivial cause of approving a few judges, the 'pubs played straight arrow and allowed the threat of a filibuster stop their vote - to call them the stupid party is an affront to stupid people everywhere......

It is a tactic available to both sides. Alan, how is it undemocratic if the other side uses it?
Other than the point above, good article.

“...there being other more important issues than nuclear arms in the hands of terrorists.”
Which would be?
Just asking.

[but plenty of people in his position would vote for him again, there being other more important issues than nuclear arms in the hands of terrorists.]
Seriously? That speaks to the judgment and patriotism of an individual (especially a Jew) who would vote for a Jew hating, Israel hating, Marxist radical Islamist.
P.S. There are very few issues more important than a nuclear Iran.

Yeah, you can maybe take the liberal out of Dershowitz but you can’t take Dershowitz out being liberal. Feh.
