Simply meet force with overwhelming counter-force. Better still; out of the gate, publicly stand up a force of quiet professionals. Sans a further and less than courteous object lesson, perhaps even the most addled brain will understand the message and either move on or go home. Failing that, GO FOR THE GOLD!
