Five Judicial Myths
Despite what we hear today . . .
1. THE JUDICIARY IS NOT A CO-EQUAL BRANCH OF GOVERNMENT
2. THE JUDICIARY IS NOT TO BE AN INDEPENDENT BRANCH OF GOVERNMENT
3. THE JUDICIARY IS NOT THE SOLE BRANCH CAPABLE OF DETERMINING CONSTITUTIONALITY
4. FEDERAL JUDGES DO NOT HOLD LIFETIME APPOINTMENTS
5. THE PURPOSE OF THE SUPREME COURT IS NOT TO PROTECT THE MINORITY FROM THE MAJORITY,
AND CONGRESS IS A BETTER PROTECTOR OF MINORITY RIGHTS THAN IS THE JUDICIARY
You need to read that link and notice its' 42 references given to PROVE IT !

THE PURPOSE OF THE SUPREME COURT IS NOT TO PROTECT THE MINORITY FROM THE MAJORITY"There is, then, no possible way of defending the minority ... from the tyranny of the majority, but by giving the former a negative on the latter." - John Adams, A Defense Of The Constitutions Of Government Of The United States Of America
"It is of great importance in a republic not only to guard the society against the oppression of its rulers but to guard one part of the society against the injustice of the other part. If a majority be united by a common interest, the rights of the minority will be insecure." - James Madison, Federalist No. 51
"When a majority is included in a faction, the form of popular government, on the other hand, enables it to sacrifice to its ruling passion or interest both the public good and the rights of other citizens." - Federalist #10

None of the grounds for impeachment Barton cites at http://www.wallbuilders.com/libissuesarticles.asp?id=1464, 4.F, apply to (arguably) overbroad readings of Bill of Rights protections for the accused.Read those 42 Endnotes again.
An endnote is an author's name, a title, and a date and place of publication - no number of endnotes makes any argument at all, much less a rebuttal of my statement above.

Carly can count on every voter above the age of 35 that works in technology to stay at home if she’s the candidate.
The reason Trump is where he is, is because the entire lot of the rest of the field, both sides, are about as exciting as boiled cabbage... collectively

SEARCH for them
No need - Barton's article shows they apply to (arguably) overbroad readings of Bill of Rights protections for the accused.

I think this Treehouse website is patting iself on the back a bit too much. The RNC did the same thing on 2007-8 and 2011-12 as well. It’s pretty obvious.
