WHAT IN THE HELL did Obama/Biden think they were accomplishing with that?

It was a signal to the 'brothers' that Obama had their back against the evil cracker establishment
et.al.It went out 5 X 5 and was heard loud and clear.
Obama takes sides based on race unless it is absolutely so bad he can't, and then he pushes for gun control of something else or ignores the problem all together (Black on Black killing in Chicago, for instance).
