[LS] No, it's YOUR GUY. He is the problem. He was a good governor. Peter Principle: don't put him in a situation where he'll fail.
Could you address the challenge, that Walker is already at his level of competence and can't handle the Chief Executive office, especially (my own add-in) in an Augean situation where a good beginning would be to cancel, with a stroke of the pen, every one of Obama's strokes of the pen?
(Every one of Obama's executive decrees has been malevolent, not misguided.)
Also, here's a point of my own: The foofaraw may be all about Trump for now, but hasn't Walker failed a basic test by signing on with unlimited immigration that is the core of the E-GOP platform, since it's about wage-breaking and "competitiveness"? (Yeah, sure, I'm competitive in any business, if I have the right to go into my employees' pay packets at the end of the month and help myself to a little "balance sheet dressing".)
Immigration is the game-over issue. The E-GOP keeps pushing unlimited immigration as if this won't ever hurt our society, and Walker has signed up with that position when pushed. What have you to say about that?
Nice politicking for your candidate.
I’ve posted Walker’s position at the beginning of the thread.
Thanks for the direction to your exposition, I'll find it.
I also don't think a guy who hasn't graduated college will ever be elected president. Not in the 21st century.
The argument is that Walker has exceeded/is exceeding his level of competence.
(Yes, I know .... anyone who suffered through the Krinton years, and Gerry Ford being beaten up by the Know-It-All Media and Conquerors of Dick Nixon [with a few rules changes just to 'get' him]) has a good feel for where the benchmarks are for a 'Rat, and likewise where they are for a Republican anticommunist. (Caesar's wife, Silas Marner, Mother Teresa, Cincinnatus, Manlius Dentatus, Andy Jackson, and who ya got.)
Nice to see you again.
Go check out the information if want to learn the facts.
Whether hes for birthright citizenship or not, Walkers tough immigration stance is a long way from his previous embrace of comprehensive reform. On this issue hes swung all the way from the GOPs moderate wing to its far right.
So you're right, shamnesty was Walker's old position, and his new stand with Trump and Cruz.
Never mind the WaPo's (Jennifer Rubin, half-conservative substidrone for the evil Dave Weigel) rage at Walker for flipping.
He flipped.
Thanks for your concern.
no actually they were because it became a personal bitch between them both about themselves not the subject matter.. sorry but I know when a thread is being hijacked
