Check out the Ego cTwist. They go up to 4.8v and one charge will last a long time. I currently have 2 that I swap out and they pretty much never die on me, and one of them is going on 3 years old. Match it up with an Aspire tank (1.8 ohm coils) and buy whatever juice you like. Extra coils run from $10-15 for a pack of 5, and you replace them every other week or so.

There is something to know about e-cig batteries: NEVER let them go all the way down in charge. I've met people who have used the same battery for a year or more, and their secret is always the same: Recharge them when you estimate they are half-expended.
So far, I am two months on the same battery and holding on strong.

(Ok. We won't call them 'Anchor Babies'. From now on, we shall call them 'Fetal Grappling Hooks'.)
