A big congrats to the women. They went at at 3 times. I was not a Ranger, didn't want to try, and everyone I ever knew who was said it was the toughest thing they ever experienced.

Any society that sends its women to fight before it sends its non-shaving boys and cane-borne old men deserves to be destroyed, and will be by those who do not make that mistake.

I wish the women well and offer them congratulations for attempting something I never would, much less succeeding. But the problem is one cannot help but wonder if they did a program comparable to the men. After all we are talking Armed Forces which have become so PC they are going to allow transgenders to serve.
Color me a chauvinist but I would like to have independent verification those 2 women truly won that badge. Such is the cynicism affirmative action produces.
