Kinda reminds me of Arnold Horshsch. Instead of raising his hand, “OOH, OOH, OOH!” It’s “Me, too. me too, me too!”

Are illegal immigrants subject to the jurisdiction thereof?

If Walker had only PUSHED THIS EARLIER, he would have been walking away with it.

Too bad, now it doesn’t look very genuine.

Perhaps if had hadn’t listened to his GOP-sponsored HANDLERS who kept telling him to stay clear of immigration as it’s a ‘divisive issue’, and instead LISTENED TO THE BASE, he wouldn’t be at 4% now.

See the Wong Kim Ark SCOTUS case from 1898. 159 US 649. Read the case.

Legal scholars disagree on the application of this case to those illegally in the country. The opinion while painting with a broad brush still did not necessarily cover that particular. Although lower courts have not challenged that specific it does in fact stand open to legal challenge.

immigration laws were not really uniformly codified in the USA until the 1930’s.

Walker is a day late and a dollar short.

I don’t think so .. I think he’s just finally realized that what got him elected Gov is the only thing that’s going to get him elected President. We’re a long way from the finish line and a lot can happen before then.

yes, February is the IOWA primary.

If he is playing mee toooo politics this is not good for his fundraising. You have Cruz and Trump way ahead of him.

With the Wong Kim Ark case out there, there will be a fight over deportation.

Not according to SCOTUS Won Kim Ark case. They are excluded from the “protected” class. Nor, are foreign “enemies” residing here. Who would they benow? Does Zer0 think we have any foreign enemies? Don’t think so.
