I’ve been Baptist my whole life. I don’t drink alcoholic beverages but not because I’m Baptist but because I’m an alcoholic. I’ve never understood Baptist church’s aversion to alcohol and do not agree with it personally.
Moderation in all things is the key and since I’m incapable of drinking moderately, I don’t drink at all. (34 years O.D.A.T.)
It’s when you eat only meat, fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds. Essentially what “Hunter gatherers” would eat.

My doc told me that if I did that faithfully only give up meat too, I’d probably eventually be able to get off my diabetes medications.

Believe me, the ones at the Iowa State Fair are the best of the best. The Iowa Pork Producers Association knows pork! Headed there in a bit just to eat, despite the 90+ degrees and 70+% humidity.
