Yes. But Congress isn’t the actual problem. They are merely ordinary criminals. It could have been any and every mix of them for the last 30 years. The problem, as that Euro writer once said of Obama, isn’t the GOP/congress per se. It’s the people that would elect such criminals to begin with.
And I would add, do so calling it a lesser evil.
