Is the right to own and fly drones protected by the US Constitution?
Let’s just outlaw every thing, that liberty stuff is over rated.
Where is the film of the drones they say were in the area for the fire by the freeway? There were many news helicopters with cameras so you would expect to see photos. Plus that area is sparsely populated by that stretch of road judging by the film of the fire so it would not be too hard to figure the flight path back to the area of launch and then hang around the area and see who launches a drone then question them.
I agree with most of your points, except, the flyover needs to be qualified to “no hovering” over private property. The drone is the perfect snooping tool, and I would shoot one down for simply hovering over my property. Moreover, repeated flyovers are also suspicious, and would be dealt with appropriately.
