Aside from the gap, one has to wonder who was responsible for reviewing all of the emails as germane or personal. Since the mining operation took place after she left State, she wouldn’t have had access to personel with the appropriate clearance levels for communications they might conceivably be exposed to. I’d like the beast to be asked the identity of that/those person(s) who reviewed the emails and if they held a clearance level one should have had to have read any possible sensitive email.
