Sad when the media can influence FReepers the way they do “low information voters.”
Cohen’s statement correctly set forth the state of the common law for centuries. Courts did not get into the sexual relations between husband and wife and there was even the view that each was obligated to provide “marital services” to the other. Only more recently, in our enlightened age, has this changed.
