We should be so lucky. If the gop tied planned infanticide to the pork laden highway bill and he vetoed it, the ex-im bank might stay dead as well.

It won’t happen, though. The gop would never tie it’s beloved corporate welfare to a bill to save kids. Best case scenario is a standalone bill that would never get out of the senate.
