Well, he owned up to the fact that he made a terrible mistake in believing McConnell, despite what his staff was telling him. The damage is done, but at least he manned up, admitted his error, and then publicly called out McConnell. I hope he keeps it up.
THAT though was a big mistake too. He should have stood firm with Cotton and voted no.
The funny thing is all of the unwashed masses in the occupy Wall Street movement think that Democrats care about them.
Hillary Clinton collects hundreds of millions of dollars of donations from Wall Street. They are smart. They realize that her talk is just that. Talk. She has to say that stuff to get elected.
Crony capitalism is disgusting. But when normal citizens have to go to work and drive their kids to soccer practice they don’t have time to pay attention. That was supposed to be the newspapers job. But they just parrott a left wing agenda. that’s why all they are good for now is to wrap fish.
Ted Cruz is right.
He wasn’t savvy enough prior? No FReeper would be dumb enough to trust McConnell and this speaks to Cruz’s basic judgment. No FReeper would give up the Constitution or their country. Cruz is a part of this mess and he’s just stirring the pot.
Our charge should be to se to it that EVERY SINGLE STINKING ROTTEN establishment Republicrat is primaried at the least... though tar and feathers has a certain appeal.
Cruz should never have trusted the Leadership.
He was elected as a TeaParty candidate to oppose the Leadership.
I am glad that he spoke out and I hope he has learned a lesson from trusting these guys and betraying your own base.
Wow. Do you always absurdly over-react, or are you just having a bad day?
I simply spoke the “truth” ... no apologies offered ... give my best regards to Karl Rove and Charles Krauthammer ...
