I say the same thing about ‘diversity’. Libs preach this and have convinced a lot of the populace that this is better. A lie. Diversity is one leg of the stool that is propping up the destruction of America and is only there as ‘Affirmative Action’ became a bad word.
Agree! ‘Diversity’ is one of PC’s sacred cows. I you question it you are racist. But like all the rest of PC it is dishonest and fundamentally destructive.

I worked in the 90s for a large company who had an incident that caused an uproar ‘black jelly bean in a jar of white jelly beans’. Due to this, everyone in the company had to undergo diversity ‘training’ and Deval Patrick, now governor of Massachuestts, was hired as an outside racial ‘healer’.
Well, the training instructor started out by taking the room full of managers and told them that the company was a racist company, insinuating we were ALL racists. When I stood up and objected to being called a racist, the instructor was stunned.
Later than year, I was terminated, after working 27 years with the company.
BTW, the company folded a couple years later and is no more, so diversity certainly did not help them.
