A friend and I have been forming a list of which in what position for months. It includes Palin , West and others.
We felt this spring that a leader would make himself known by or after the FOX debate.
I don’t much care what faux news does. Far more people get their info off the net these days than listen to the propaganda networks or broadsheets.
Probably so, but speaking so extemporaneously, an ill considered remark will slip out now and then. And there is a subset of conservatives who are, I think, not dealing with reality when it comes to medical care and how some portion of the population will also have to provided for by others.
I agree that charity hospitals and other charity efforts are the way to handle most of it, especially in more populous areas. And government funding is and would be necessary for charity hospitals,. and some volunteerism.

Yup, and there’s plenty here who call themselves conservatives who don’t get the too-many-laws thing or the $3-trillion-unconstitutional-federal-tyranny thing.
I think people need to hold on more desperately to the text of the Constitution as originally understood and intended, than to whatever their pet doctrine might be.
The Constitution is the only legal bulwark between our liberty and federal tyranny.
Our textile industry is ruined. Hard to even find decent fabric made in the US anymore. If our Country needed to gear up for a disaster/war something like that, would we even have the manufacturing or goods anymore? Any clothes I see for the Ave folk and Macy’s is made in China. Are we just a “service job” nation now?

LOL! Yes you know, it’s just basic common sense, something that is sorely lacking in Washington. Like Trump says “We have stupid people running the country”. No truer saying has ever been uttered. I’m 52, I’ve been in every business you can imagine and it’s utterly astounding how many stupid people are out there, people in high level positions. That’s what makes this country great though, that even stupid people can succeed. All that is needed is drive, but we have stupid people putting these stupid people into positions they have no business being in. I mean look how insane things are in this country, we have politicians in high level positions siding with criminals! What needs to happen is smart people need to reign them in and Trump is that guy. He’s going to be the next President, of that I have absolutely no doubt.

Trump did say that the under lying medical system will go back to private enterprise where all US health insurance companies will be in competition, which will keep prices in check . He’ll have to change an 1945 Act that lets individual states regulate insurance companies within their respective states.

And it’s ruined because people offshore jobs and product for profit.
Profit is great. Can’t run a business without it. But if everyone does that what do we get? America 2015 with a ruined textile/garment industry. It would be nice if the Jobs guy actually put his business where his politicking was.
