It says Congress is REQUIRED to impeach and remove when it is appropriate.

I say now it is appropriate to remove Kagan and Ginsberg for obvious bias on participating on this ruling.

Mark Levin went on a RANT about what Congress could do a couple days ago. I can’t recall the specifics but he basically said Congress has the ability to overturn the SC on an exception basis (perhaps someone more familiar with Con Law can fill in my gaps?)
