That should be “and”. Apologies.
Make Roberts resign. No need to impeach him.
He apparently has some skeletons in the closet and is being blackmailed. He has been compromised. Need to get rid of him.
So The Nation is saying the SCOTUS is not liberal enough?
How can you impeach them when they can just change the rules whenever they want?
Should “we” Who is “we”? I don’t believe the votes exist in Congress to do any such thing. Are a bunch of them deserving of it? Sure.
Not “should” not “can”
“Will”
And we all know that the answer to that is no, they will not.
And give Obama a chance to appoint the next CJOTSC?
It would not matter with this House and Senate.
“After the latest obamacare ruling, I say yes...”
If Roberts dissented, would it have made a difference?
JohnBoy, you just need to be more like Mitch. He does what I say without crying about it.
Yes. Roberts is writing legislation from the bench, which is not allowed by the Constitution. However, the die was cast when the SCOTUS found the right to murder babies in the Consttution, which is criminal. Once they found the right to murder the most innocent among us, anything goes. Next, it could be the extermination of the expensive elderly that SCOTUSCARE will require in order to stay afloat. Roberts will vote for that as well.
CON gress isn’t going to impeach....they are a willing partner of corruption.
Any impeachments should start with this drunken Maoist.
Not sure....don’t know if those who sided with him would have been persuaded differently....
It is too late for that. The damage has already been done.
Seriously - conservatives and Congress can’t even get e-mail copies from low-level functionaries at IRS or State - and they intend to impeach the Chief Justice. What a joke.
Do you have any other nice-sounding fantasies?
Today,it's "it depends on what the meaning of "state" is".
Yes. But, the ruling class would never allow it.
Yes, absolutely. And I would love to hear a presidential candidate endorse that action.
