Why not blood or impacts? Only thing for sure is that the cops KNOW what they are and they ain't sharing, are they?
The bone they through, had no meat on it. Really what are we, Facebook update, most of us do not even go there.
Lol...why weren’t you asking those questions when the police massacre bots were posting their “evidence” photos?

I did not participate in those discussions at all. Damn. I get hammered for what I DO say; now I get hammered for what I don’t say.
“Why 6 weeks out are they just getting around to get search warrants on their cell phones? “
Why do yo say they are just getting around to them?
It is easy to think like in the TV shows everything happens in one hour but there is a LOT of stuff to process, hearings, etc., involved with limited manpower.

See
Sec. 15.02. CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY.
(This is the charge...and the law)
No one has been proven guilty yet.
Charges may be dismissed before trial.
Time will tell.
“punish people for attending CoCI meetings”
Not the case.
The 1 pm scheduled CoCI meeting did not take place, because before then, there were 9 dead and 18 wounded, and a crime scene of enormous proportions. Can you imagine the scene? I am a non-fiction writer, and I try my best to imagine it. A step-father dying next to his step-son; a step-son dying next to his step-father. Blood and bodies all around, wounded to be tended to. And somehow this is a result of LE denying “freedom of association” of a meeting which could not even take place BECAUSE of the prior carnage?
***No one was arrested for attending the CoCI meeting.***
This was not about “freedom of association” of the CoCI group. The arrests had nothing to do with the CoCI meeting which did not take place. Had no inter-biker warfare erupted, the CoCI meeting would have gone on as scheduled and the cops would have arrested exactly and precisely
No One.
The arrests RESULTED FROM a massive crime scene of unprecedented proportions in a suburban mall at mid day on a Sunday.
“As to the First Amendment, a back patch and a cut patch are not equal.”
Please explain. The back patches are cut patches.
It is amazing how they keep coming back to a ‘peaceful group of bike enthusiasts’ ignoring that the ‘peaceful group of bike enthusiasts’ opened fire on each other in a public plaza on a Sunday afternoon.

I’m gonna let that one sit there for a while...fermenting.
It really would not surprise me to find out you are right about everything you said in this post.
It still begs the question; why? This is one of those incidents that needs to out in the open to see the light of day. It’s not the character of the victims; it’s the names of the shooters unless protecting yourself is now a crime in Texas.
Yep. It would not surprise me at all.
The narrative has now reached the point where I am inclined to think the Bandidos' criminal activity has been grossly exaggerated to legitimize the police narrative, that "support groups" for Bandidios (my memory is that news stories said cops identified them as Vaqueros) were manufactured by LEO, and that the Cossacks and Scimitars are regular guys in social biker clubs EASY and SAFE for under-cover cops to infiltrate, said clubs with their own small share of shady dudes, heavy partiers, and true young patriots who yearn to be heroes, as most young men do, God bless them and keep them.
I don't know the "why," but what it accomplished was, under the public radar, the long-term financial and professional ruination of a select demographic of people who were given a debilitating blow and punished harshly without due process. For being present at an open, public meeting of biker clubs, they were arrested, held on bail, charged with a serious crime, and each one now has a "record of arrest" plus long-term if not permanent large debt, loss of employment, damaged reputation, and loss of property. After many years, the courts may decide if it was overzealous officers or criminals, and then justice will be meted. Or it might be thrown out next week -- either way, the accomplishments remain the same, and there's nothing to indicate the model wouldn't work in a lot of applications.
What it accomplished may serve as a light upon the "why."
I imagine they could use the money. They haven't had a new hit in decades.
Amazing. Between the media attack and the press releases by the police, and the virtual blackout of real information, why, you could demonize a church group and get away with attacking them...
Oh. Right. They've been there, done that already.
So they say. From tactical rifles at that range that could account for all the dead, and they'd only have missed 25% of the time (sloppy).
You aren't from there anyway.
