At this point I consider most of the scenarios to be incomplete. Apparently at some point there was an old fashion knife and brass knuckles melee happening on the patio(in addition to shooting). I suspect most of those going inside were from that. Early on I think WACO PD mentioned the bathroom incident as the starting point. Most of the non-1%’s stories I have heard (Mostly from USMC MC and the PGR guys) have been consistent about the Cassocks being infiltrated LE. If that is true they got the short end of the deal.

” non-1%’s stories I have heard (Mostly from USMC MC and the PGR guys) have been consistent about the Cassocks being infiltrated LE. “

Thanks for sharing that. Obviously there was intel that trouble was brewing.

Which is not the same thing as an undercover operation to lure bikers to the scene, or to imply that LE started the fight, especially now that there is biker testimony that it started with the Bandido President being “disrespected”.

Just wondering . . . how could other bikers know about LE infiltration of the Cossacks, and the Cossacks not know? I mean, really know something from a reliable source, as opposed to rumors being told from one to another etc.?

I asked the same question about the Cassocks when this happened. The answer I got was “they were always involved when there was LEO action.” I took that to mean that the cops had an eye for them or there were informants. The local HA had a president that got on the Feds radar and they hounded him until they got him(framed?) for kiddie porn. Strange thing for a biker to be accused of - especially one that had a string of very hot women around.

I did business with Burgess and what the article says about him is true. He is a straight shooter and my business dealings with him were honest and no BS.

Its not the “point of view lil don disagrees with” when confronted with facts, its the FACTS he finds it impossible to accept.

The only conclusion derivable from these many criminal bike gang cover-up excusing threads, particularly from don-o is the intention can only be sucking up to the criminal gangs with their grievous errors in judgment trying to make a silk purse from the old sow’s ear.

By carelessly pushing their Stockholm Syndrome defense of those indefensible criminal gangs while making personal attacks against Freepers only trying to defend FR’s honor, integrity and the truth, obviously they could care less about either what actually occurred at the Waco shootout, nor the blackeye they willingly bring to this conservative Constitutional respecting forum.

It is time to put these sad bike gang excusing threads to bed!

Sorry, but even long tenure does not bring command privileges. Quit trying to throw your voice like the criminal gangs you try to excuse. It is not becoming on this forum to bully those that disagree.

Of course! Everyone knows that every person ever locked up was framed. Only us FR stupidos refuse to know the bike gangs are just choirboys who met at the breastirant in Waco to discuss “motorcycle safety”.

Did this guy your self serving link is trying to excuse, like little boys like his muslim terrorist heros do?

I’m sick of the texas troll but you sound normal enough to have a discussion without all the snark.

Gunshots hit people in the restaurant and maybe even the back patio. I don’t know if they were shots fired by the police who went right on through someone to only hit an innocent somewhere behind the original target or if they were missed shots by the police or if they were shots made by handguns from people there. Is there any wonder there was blood found?

What we can guess with what little we know is this appears to be a setup by the Bandidos to teach the Cossacks a lesson in respect. If this is in fact true; they were really stupid to do it at this function (with 20 cops there) which has nothing to do with club turf and everything to do with political action concerning bikers. I don’t care how many times the texas troll says otherwise. That is the function of the COCI meetings.

There were two different planned events that day unknown to most of the attendees. The first was a supposed meeting between the Bandidos and the Cossacks to talk peacefully about a problem they had. From what I can gather; none of the Cossacks had any reason to believe it would be anything other than a peaceful powwow. Thing got out of hand either by instigation or by happenstance. With the police presence there; we can assume there had been talk of something more than a simple discussion - at least by one side and maybe both. At this point we simply don’t know. It will take a courtroom to find out all those details.

The big question is how so many got shot (27) and who they were. I now wonder what kind of injuries were sustained now that we find out one person is paralyzed for life.

We need to see the autopsy reports and the various restaurant and dash cam videos to know much more than what the witnesses have told us. Video doesn’t lie unless altered and hopefully the autopsy and ballistic reports don’t lie either.

If this entire thing is on the bikers then so be it but right now I see some culpability by the police. That may change when the proof hits the net. Until then...

And would someone cut the tail off that gator and turn it into breaded and fried nuggets. We could call them troll nuggets. They taste like snake ironically.

Yeah. The troll shouldn’t even be here. It’s more than him disagreeing. He is a liberal troll and doesn’t belong on a conservative forum. My long membership here has nothing to do with it. He simply does not belong. You sound like him so I suspect you don’t belong here either and again; it isn’t about disagreeing. It’s about all the snarky comments. A true liberal trait. You should go with him back to the DU.

EVERY Texas chapter of the COCI is run by a Bandidos or Bandidos associate.

Look up the California chapters >>>> HELLS ANGELS!

Look up any state. The results are similar.

If the good bikers outnumber the OMGs 99 to 1 then WTF do the OMGs get to run the COC’s?

I don’t do the snark. I don’t like the snark. The name calling which has taken place on this topic is juvenile.

I put up a solid factual article a few days ago, but the mod pulled it saying they didn’t have time for the babysitting.

TG has put up more facts, than everybody else put together, but since it doesn’t follow the plot, he is rejected.

Right on, Boomer.

Just FYI, I also traded posts awhile back with the person in question who sounds "normal enough." That person eventually revealed him/herself as a singular breed of nitwit by writing to me that he/she was "heartened" to hear of my disgust for Bandidos who commit murder, rape, extortion, theft, meth pushing, robbery, and human trafficking, things for which (unlike Cossacks and Scimitars) several individual Bandidos have convictions and arrest records.

In my opinion, anyone who even remotely entertains the notion that I or any other FReeper has anything BUT disgust for criminal creeps who engage in those things, is very, very far from "normal."

So it just freed me from wasting time on nitwit wordplay so I can spend my time reading the words of worthier and more sensible folks, such as YOU. :^)

There were two different planned events that day unknown to most of the attendees. The first was a supposed meeting between the Bandidos and the Cossacks to talk peacefully about a problem they had.

At least, according to police "experts" via their own sources, informants, etc. As far as I can tell, NO ONE ELSE is making that claim except for a few Cossacks, who may well be parroting what a UC "brother biker" told them.

These same police claim that the Cossacks, Scimitars, and Vaqueros were "dangerous" gang "support groups," yet there is ZIP, total absence anywhere that I can find predating May 17, of records or stories or even rumors within the biker community of any of those gangs' so-called criminality.

FURTHERMORE, I can find ZIP reference to the Cossacks by police until after May 17, EXCEPT for the fact that one Cossack not involved in the Waco shootout charade is facing ATF charges of "felon in possession of a firearm" charges in connection with an armed patrol of private citizens on private property on the Mexican border to halt illegal immigrants and drug smuggling.

Other than that, ZIP that I can find regarding Cossacks other than their violently REACTING to what the police claim were overt unlawful attacks by Bandidos (or Bandido "support groups" as identified by LEO "experts" --??) on Cossacks.

The narrative has now reached the point where I am inclined to think the Bandidos' criminal activity has been grossly exaggerated to legitimize the police narrative that "support groups" for Bandidios (my memory is that news stories said cops identified them as Vaqueros) were manufactured by LEO, and that the Cossacks and Scimitars are regular guys in social biker clubs EASY and SAFE for under-cover cops to infiltrate, said clubs with their own small share of shady dudes, heavy partiers, and true young patriots who yearn to be heroes, as most young men do, God bless them and keep them.

I have a hunch that the true picture will reveal Cossacks and Scimitars filled mainly with impressionable, good, if sometimes rebellious wandering young men that adroit under-cover cops could whip-up into passionate battle on false pretenses such as "standing up to the bad Bandidos."

I suspect that ALL of primary "criminal" motorcycle clubs involved, including Bandidos, were double-crossed and played.

In all honesty. I have to give this comment a BUMP. I don’t agree with everything TG has posted. I don’t know him from Adam. But I read his posts as I read the posts of everyone else on these threads. When there is information and facts to be gleaned, and when that information and those facts can be found to have basis, one in all honesty has to evaluate them.

“this appears to be a setup by the Bandidos to teach the Cossacks a lesson in respect. “

There is indeed evidence and testimony to that effect.

You also comment on the function of the COCI meeting.

There has been much discussion by Freepers of the freedom of association of the Confederation of Clubs and Independents.

I think we should listen to the words of the Confederation President himself.

I honestly have to thank Gator for re-posting that video. When I first saw that interview weeks ago, it seemed the Bandido President of the Confederation of Clubs and Independents was somewhat self-serving to discount biker threats to the police in the aftermath of Waco.

He is speaking not in the fire-hot rhetoric of some Freepers who use his Confederation as the reason to blame police for the fiasco. Instead, he is speaking very calmly in respect of the police for doing their jobs. He is speaking calmly after the shoot-out, after the “massive arrests”. and even after the million dollar bonds as far as I can tell from HIS words. He is a Bandido; one Bandido was killed and some wounded, a larger number arrested. Listen to the tone of his response, listen to his words. The cops did their jobs.

The sub-text seems to be [note: I research and write NON fiction, so I do not want to go too far afield, and I want to make it clear what is my interpretation] . . . the Bandidos have to do their job . . .

[”disrespect” to a Bandido President in the parking lot; or as you say, teaching the Cossacks a lesson in respect]

and they do their job with punches, until someone pulls a handgun, and then it goes from there . . . KNOWING the repercussions will come later, and accepting those repercussions as natural consequence of the “job”, the code;

and then the police have to do their jobs. That is what he is saying, the police have to do their jobs and he had no problem with that.

He, as President of the Confederation, also requested that hundreds or a thousand or more bikers NOT ride through Waco on that protest Sunday. He was trying to de-escalate tensions, as were the police.

How ironic is it, that the President of the Confederation is more reasonable in his assessment of the situation, than some Freepers who CLAIM to be defending the rights of HIS association??

At least he admits [OK in sub-text] that when bikers mess up, they take their lumps like men, and not blame the police. OR? What might I be missing?

EVERY Texas chapter of the COCI is run by a Bandidos or Bandidos associate. Look up the California chapters >>>> HELLS ANGELS! Look up any state. The results are similar.

Then you certainly can do it yourself and LINK IT HERE IN ONE OF YOUR POSTS.

And while you're at it, share links confirming/proving status of said "associate" clubs using something more than "police intelligence" gathered by informants and under-cover cops. Things like arrest records and convictions of club members for the crimes "police experts" are assuring you they have done.

Otherwise, your word is no better than your screen name and you're just smoke and mirrors.

Falsely named "truth seeker" claims that you've "put up more facts than everybody else all put together," but because "truth seeker" actually only seeks either to deceive or to be deceived, "truth seeker" REFUSES to acknowledge that the ONLY "facts" you "put up here" are spoon-fed by the MSM and law enforcement and as much subject to being FALSE as anything offered by anyone else involved, be it CoCI, Bandidos, non-member witnesses, or the man in the moon.

You guys are doing the devil's work. You need to start your own group -- you could call it Stalin's Helpmates.
