Would these CFT give Israeli F-16s the range to reach Iran, and back? Probably, via direct route, almost all over hostile territory. It is believed the Israelis have such configurations.

Saudis are not of one accord. Some Saudis may authorize it while others might sabotage it. And that leaves out the question of whether the US would allow it.
