Deciphering legalese is not my long suit (But I can understand every word of the Declaration and the Constitution. What does THAT say?)
I am trying to get up to speed on the RICO type laws. There is a lively discussion out there. My understanding of how the federal law was used to decapitate the Mafia is that prosecution was possible because of crimes that had ALREADY been committed and that higher ups, who tried to keep their hands clean, could be held responsible, as well as the trigger man.
Now, in Waco, the thinking seems to be that SOMEONE committed murder on May 17 and that someone had co-conspirators. I can understand that.
What makes no sense, is that there were 173 co-conspirators????
It is similar to the Kings Warrants carried be the English representatives of the Crown in colonies
Yep.
Well done. Your comment shows up twice!
And speaking of Pravda, since you gave me a book recommendation (which I have on order) are you familiar with Neil Postman - “Amusing Ourselves to Death: Public Discourse in the Age of Show Business”?
It was a paradigm shifter for my world view 30 years ago and his how the media (specifically television) destroys coherence and rationality is as more vital today than ever.
Speaking of coherence, getting ALL the words in helps.

Eons and eons after hell freezes over.
Could a society that showed both God and the Holy Bible the front door, have made the divisions of our society a reality?
See post number 28 please. Thank-you!
Yep. And for Americans who have trusted the MSM to keep them up to speed, this is still just a case of a bunch of bad guys shooting bad guys in a biker hangout, good riddance to bad rubbish, and anyone who has suspicions is either a conspiracy nut, a criminal biker, or a cop hater. I was right there with them for the first two weeks after it happened.
As for Americans who are more skeptical, judging by reader comments on MSM sites that have them and here on FR, about two thirds of the folks who've done a little digging, understand this for the charade it is.
One of the comments at Breitbart that says it all:
PhillipNagle 36 minutes ago While Breitbart continues to carry this story at e relatively low level, the rest of the media has totally abandoned it. This was much worse than anything that has happened in Ferguson, Baltimore, New York or North Carolina, yet those stories linger while Waco is all but forgotten.
Anybody who thinks this story is about bikers, is way behind. This story is about bikers the way the story about the baker turning away two homosexuals who wanted to order a wedding cake, is about flour, eggs, sugar, and pretty decorations.
One of the Waco tv stations is squarely in the police’s corner. Can’t remember which one it was and couldn’t save it at the time due to internet connection problems. But about 10-14 days ago they had a “like” thing going on on their news site and asked that people do the same on their Facebook.
There. Fixed it for you. REMEMBER -- Democrats cheat because if they didn't, they'd lose. They'd lose because they are the minority. We are seeing what happens when a tyrannical minority attempts to seize power over a majority.
WPIG ?
Yikes, visions of Less Nessman reporting on the Great Pig Drop in Waco!
ROFLMAO!
I’d forgotten about that;)
constitutional protections are set aside by fascist agendanistas trying to promote their narrative?
To the best of my knowledge ATF and the FBI were not involved. Had they been I’d be willing to acknowledge your point.
