I think Florida has one of them also. We have been sold down the river by the top.
(Reuters) - Violence in the run-up to Mexico's mid-term elections this weekend has killed at least seven candidates and forced another 20 out of the race, battering the government's record on law and order.
THe guy is only an attorney. I don’t think he’s passed the bar etc. but on the other hand, what does the New York Bar have to say about this.
Don’t you have to be a citizen to hold a law license or an MD license?
Great gig if you can get it though. I bet his fees will be “undocumented” as well. Maybe I should become a Mexican citizen and remain here for umm tax purposes.
To be fair, it’s hard to argue that an illegal in New York who greets the news that he can join the bar with “****ing finally!” hasn’t adopted the local language and culture.
These people make me sick. Round them up. Put them on a one-way barge to Guatemala.
NY state is one of the most restrictive states too. He will not be allowed to practice in other states. There is no interstate commerce for attorney licensing.
So now we have CRIMINALS defending CRIMINALS.
No conflict of interest there.
He is illegal. A criminal. If he sets foot in court, is not the judge duty bound to take him into custody?
Just f’ing wonderful. The lawyers who are supposed to uphold and argue points of law pertinent to this country, and to protect citizen’s rights under the laws of this country, now don’t have to be citizens of this country. This union of sovereign states is officially broken and done.
Illegal alien STANDING IN A COURTROOM and not arrested. Why do we need more Immigration laws? We have thousands and thousands of pages of immigration laws and while I have not read them, I’m comfortable saying several of them were not followed here.
Especially the ones about DEPORTING ILLEGAL ALIENS.
We do not need a single new law. We have plenty. We just need to FOLLOW THEM.
Ugh...infuriating!
I guess that their very presence in the US is illegal and they are committing an ongoing illegal act has nothing to do with upholding the law.

Tick-tocking right to another revolution.
First up the reinstatement of Committees of Vigilance. When there is no law, law must be established.
Another Boom Boom
so you break the law, and as a lawbreaker you get to practice law?? such an absurdity is only possible in a really screwed up world.
Maybe some undocumented ICE agents will throw him out the country.
I can see a client not paying this guy. The client could say the billing laws and rule dont apply to him.
Even better! This illegal immigrant may regret this...
