Need to get around to buying a copy. Saw it in theater on opening night. Surprisingly my wife who does NOT like Ayn Rand went. She tolerated it.
OCON is going to be in Charlotte in July just up the interstate and I will see about getting a day pass.

Since you are familiar with the parks, the first thing that came to mind was the "people mover" and that song "if you had wings"...
Appreciate the report on the movie. Most of us (including me) are throwing down without seeing it :)

My intent is not to
"...bypass putting money into the pockets of those like [C]looney..." My objective is to go to the movie theater and enjoy the entertainment and the popcorn. I already watch movies at home on TV.
Not everybody's life revolves around what some Hollywood celebrity's political views are.

A preachy bit of Propaganda—its all Global Warming and how awful white people are destroying the planet. I already know how to think—I don’t need Mr. Clooney to tell me how I can think and what I should worry about.

If we see it, I am likely to want to write it up for my blog.

Nice. But out here on the left coast, you’d be hard-pressed to get a deal like that. Last time I took my elderly mother to the movies, senior ticket prices were $12.

Hmmm... I thought I wrote that to myself. My mistake. I was just trying to put the info out there for those who could use it. It works great by the way. Revolutionized TV and movies as I knew it.

">>A lot of people do a lot of things, then the film ends. That describes most action/sci-fi movies made after CGI became the centerpiece of movies. If they have a plot at all, it centers around stupid humans destroyed an environment and caused a war/plague/dystopia but now ONE smart human has the key to fixing it."
Go to see Ex Machina; a small budget movie that does a lot with what it has. It is in limited release, but a good plot and acting IMO.
