This changes my view on Cruz. He’s part of the system.
Thanks for the link. Certainly sounds too ominous for words, but is that link sourced for activism or with the facts. I mean, if it’s accurate, that doesn’t sound like anything Jeff Sessions or Ted Cruz would approve, even though most of us are for free trade, but only under some other president than Obama.
Also, Jeff Sessions voted against cloture didn’t he? And Ted voted for it. I must say it’s all too spooky, or else we are missing the fine print totally.
Apparently we can;t count on anyone in govt to stand up to this.
Reset a coming. Clean slate. Looks like that is the only reset option that’s going to work.
Nobody on “our side” will work to repeal obamacare. An utter and blatant unconstitutional abomination despite SCOTUS unconstitutionally rewriting it and saying it’s fine.
It’s time for all of it to go. All the powers that be - time to go.
Obama’s wanting the RWII/CWII to start full-bore. He wants to be King George. He’s doing an impression that KG himself didn’t surpass.
This TPP or TPA bill is the worst bill ever:
The controversial TPP, of course, is disguised as a treaty to promote free trade more properly described as managed or corporatist trade among nations surrounding the Pacific. However, the TPP agreement, currently being negotiated behind closed doors by governments, dictatorships, and special interests, includes some major surprises. As The New American reported recently, a leaked chapter of the TPP deal would create NAFTA-style international tribunals with the purported authority to override American laws, courts, and even the U.S. and state constitutions all for the benefit of special interests, foreigners, and crony capitalists. The American people and self-government would be the big losers.
Another chapter of the agreement making headlines this week, meanwhile, purports to regulate immigration policies among TPP signatories. The Trans-Pacific Partnership includes an entire chapter on immigration, observed Curtis Ellis, executive director of the American Jobs Alliance, in a post for The Hill. It is a Trojan horse for Obamas immigration agenda. House members who were ready to defund the Department of Homeland Security to stop President Obamas executive action on immigration must not give him TPA, which he will use to ensure his immigration actions are locked in when he leaves office.
Not a single Gop senator voted against it except the three that missed the vote.

Here come old ToeJam
He come groovin’ up slowly
Anyone who would side with Morris over Cruz has rocks in their head.
I can’t make myself buy into any of that.
Ted Cruz and Jeff Sessions would never vote for that boat load of you-know-what. And, Cruz would have to wrap up his campaign tomorrow if any of that were even remotely true. He wouldn’t survive an election for dog catcher, in Texas, and forget about the senate.
I’m cynical, yes, but not that cynical. Thank God.
Thx.
He voted for cloture. Amendment process is over. Its 51 votes now.
He threw the amendment thing out to cover his ass.
Its time for all of it to go. All the powers that be - time to go.
Agreed. Our leaders seem to be little concern for the people carrying this nation — the working men and women.
