It is, but they seem to be correct in this case. This is an important scoop.

Someone not up on the details of the case, especially the witness from the back of the wagon aspect would also have some trouble following it....

Riiiiight — speculation, and the process of deduction/ruling out speculative contingencies has no place in an investigation!!

I cant see how this story would benefit the prosecution. Quite the contrary.
It would only benefit the prosecution if it didn't get out. They probably thought they could keep a lid on this to run interference for avoiding a special investigator. At least long enough to get actual indictments out of a grand jury (they have 29 days now, I think).
Someone is feeding Conservative Treehouse this info. Could be some 3rd party trying to support the cops with disinformation, or it could be someone inside the Baltimore Police (or other part of the Baltimore criminal justice system) trying to support the cops by leaking legitimate info.
If the latter I don't see how this doesn't qualify as conspiracy by the State Attorney's staffer and her newsie partner. At the very least it would violate all sorts of ethical guidelines for both of them. It quite possible would be criminal. Then again, whoever leaked the information to begin with has committed potential criminal/ethical acts.

Well, your excerpting job was pretty lousy. The part you excerpted doesn’t get the point across. You should have done some snipping to make the meaning clear. If you had done that, you wouldn’t now be complaining about people’s reading comprehension.
To: humblegunner
If writing under an alias wasn’t the problem, why mention it?

Did they change the name of the article. Your title is better than what I had on my screen.
I scanned for the article title from Conservative Tree House. I posted it a few minutes ago, and it was removed for being a dupe.
Here is what I had for a title:
EXPLOSIVE The Curious Case Of Freddie Grays Paddy Wagon Companion Baltimore Prosecutor, Marilyn Mosby, Manipulating The Media

Riiiight, how could anyone be able to tell from the excerpt, the headline, and the first comment that the media and state’s attorney’s office foisted a fake witness onto TV screens across the land to push a bogus narrative, how silly of me to think people would be able to do basic f’ing comprehension. And no way anyone should be expected to follow through and read the actual post itself at the site....sheesh you people are like children that need to be supervised constantly

Do people not even go to links in order to read full articles and get details? You can see the original headline at the link; it would not fit in FR’s limit of characters for headlines, so I had to improvise and write one that would fit and get the point across.

If FR didn’t let me put that original headline in due to the 100-character limit, then it couldn’t have let you do it, either.

I THINK:
According to the WAPO, a witness (witness A) who was in the wagon said Freddie Gray was trying to intentionally hurt himself. WBAL-TV later interviewed a person posing as witness A who recanted or modified his testimony. WBAL used an impostor (Donta Allen) NOT the original witness A.
It turns out the WBAL-TV reporter, Jayne Miller, is a "partner" of Janice Bledsoe , an attorney who led the Freddie Gray investigation.
In other words WBAL fabricated a story and witness to impugn the original testimony of the real witness, which if accurate could damage the prosecution.
At best the WBAL reporter had a huge conflict of interest.

What I posted isn’t an update title. It’s obvious now that they decided the archaic term “Paddy Wagon” is too politically incorrect/offensive to Irish.

The simple fact is that your excerpt doesn’t get the point across.
Why not just admit that you blew it?
To: Kid Shelleen
Bingo.
The lesbian Bledsoe is the head of the Criminal Intelligence division of the State’s Attorney’s office.
