Thanks Phil. I did read this early today from a Drudge link. Haven’t read through this thread but also read that the DA is charging false arrest, saw this from someones post;
“It was not a switchblade. It was a spring assisted blade”.
The States’ Attorney stated correctly, that that is a legal knife in Maryland. However, she blatantly omitted the fact that spring assisted knives are illegal in the city of Baltimore.
She has no case for illegal arrest or false imprisonment and she has to know that, or she is completely inept.
