If this is a normal election, then Hillary wins easily. What Cruz has to count on is
1) sweeping debate victories
2) more scandals
3) Bill raping someone on the campaign trail

Right off the top, #2 is BS. The electoral college is all that is keeping Urban Progressives from completely sweeping away the Democrats.
Or the Republicans from dumping “flyover country” going full Democrat.
Those two Senatorial votes in the electoral college that are awarded to all states make those sparsely populated rural states valuable to the GOP and garner those states some attention from ‘Pubbie politicians.
